Order Processing Time

Most orders for physical products will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 in the U.S. We only ship to the U.S.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping is usually done through the USPS. Shipping generally takes 3-7 business days.

We only ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
